e are seeking a professional Sous Chef to be the second-in-command in our kitchen. Working closely with our Executive Chef, the successful candidate will employ culinary and managerial skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Menu Preparation and Design:

Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
Ensure high-quality plates both in terms of presentation and taste.

Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets quality standards.
Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and take control of problematic situatio
order supplies to stock inventory appropriately.
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
