Remuneration: £50,000-£54,000 neg. + up to £10,000 uncapped commission and annual additional bonuses

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Contract Fabrics will involve:
* Business development & specification field sales position selling our clients manufactured range of wall coverings and fabrics into the commercial interior sector
* Selling to and generating specifications with predominantly interior designers, but also architects, furniture manufacturers, hotel chains, NHS, restaurants, pubs and end users
* Targeted to hit an annual target of £600,000
* Project sizes up to £200,000, typically£40,000
* 75% new business development within known customers
* Come client entertainment at Clerkenwell showroom
* Working in a team of three field sales professionals covering London, 12 nationally
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Contract Fabrics with:
* Must have field sales experience with interior designers or architects - A&D
* Experience selling into furniture manufacturers, hotel chains, NHS, restaurants, pubs and end users also of interest
* Knowledge of contract fabric industry
* Proactive nature
* Likeability factor
* Consultative in approach/ relationship builder
* Must have sold an interior products
* Vibrant, fresh and enthusiastic
* Commercial design led sales experience preferred
* Autonomous, driven and excellent territory planning skills
