Our Client, a respected construction company, seeks a Senior Site Manager for a luxury hotel refurbishment in Bath. Ideal for those with experience in similar high-end projects.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the refurbishment process, ensuring timely and quality completion.
* Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain quality control procedures.
* Communicate regularly with the Client.
* Monitor and manage project costs.
* Develop and maintain project schedules.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in site management, focusing on hotel or high-end refurbishments.
* Relevant construction management qualifications. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
