Counterbalance FLT Driver

Our client is the UK's leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business based in Bristol, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their team as soon as possible.

The role is temporary and is estimated to last until at least the end of July 2024 initially however, this may be extended depending on the needs of the business.

The hours of work will be 7:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £18.00 per hour.

Please note in order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have a valid counterbalance fork lift truck license.

Working outside on a yard site next to a quarry, your duties will include:-

· Operating mobile plant and production equipment such as forklifts and loading shovels
· Manage stock intake and loading lorries with bulk bags and pallets
· Stock movement in accordance with yard plans
· Ensure plant and equipment are inspected and maintained and defects reported
· General housekeeping including cleaning and shovelling
