WHAT TO EXPECT

An opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Bespoke Customer Liaison Consultant to drive global sales of new Bespoke vehicles and exceed company targets for volume and profit and deliver best in class experience/service.

You’ll build and maintain relationships with high net-worth clients whilst managing the incoming and ongoing bespoke customer enquiries. 

This is unique position within JLR where you’ll interact directly with our very best clients, as well as Retailers and market contacts. It’s part of a growing team, which are welcoming and very supportive of one another with potential opportunities to support the role through various events around the globe.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Achievement of Bespoke vehicle sales targets across all markets
Management of relationships with all stakeholders
Working and building relationships with Markets/Retailers to identify new sales opportunities
Follow the bespoke customer journey adhering to customer first KPI’s
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 
As the Bespoke Customer Liaison Consultant, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience:

A passion for working with high net-worth customers.
Methodical and/or process driven approach to tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially excel and PowerPoint
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to build strong cross functional networks.
Enthusiasm and drive, with commitment and confidence to work autonomously, achieving goals on time with minimal supervision.
Experience using CRM software 

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
