Senior Digital Account Manager – Leeds / Hybrid
£40,000 - £50,000 plus excellent benefits

My client requires a Senior Digital Account Manager to help contribute to upcoming growth and ensure clients are receiving a first-class service. You will maintain velocity across multiple accounts with competing workloads and in a variety of different industries. You will be adept at multitasking as you will be required to manage multidisciplinary project teams.
 
The role will operate a hybrid working model, with candidates being required to be in Leeds just one day per week. Should you wish to go in more, that is an option.
 
Package:

£40,000 - £50,000 – Dependent on experience
22 days holiday – plus bank holidays (rising with service) as well as the option to buy and sell 5 more days.
Individual training and development budget.

The Digital Account Manager will ideally have more than two years’ commercial experience at a digital agency, having acted as the primary point of contact for a range of clients. You will be confident managing customer expectations and have experience of conflict resolution.

Required:

Shopify knowledge is essential.
Knowledge of best-in-class apps, partnership opportunities and services in the Shopify ecosystem, including competing products
Must have experience working in an agency setting.
Comfortable working towards KPIs.
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
Proven ability to be part of an effective team.
The ability to engage in and manage negotiations, project issues, risks and opportunities.
