Aufgaben
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Advise on our entire product range (No cold calling!)
  • Process customer inquiries in alternating shifts
  • Document customer data and provide customer support over the phone

Profil You have recently lived in the UK for an extended period of time and understand how the Brits tick? Wonderful. In addition to that you
  • Speak British English fluently (ideally your mother tongue) and German (min. A2)
  • Are a natural communicator and are comfortable using computers (esp. Office applications)
  • Are happy to work different shifts (including some weekends)
  • Are flexible and enjoy working in a team and
  • Have a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts at € 2.102,- (€ 2.600,- incl. overtime allowance). We are prepared to pay you more depending on your experience and qualifications.
