Advancing Eco Agriculture is a rapidly growing company in the specialty plant nutrition, biostimulants, and crop consulting industry. We are looking for a strong team member to add to our production team. The Warehouse is located at 2255 N Pagosa St., Ste 100. Aurora, CO (phone number removed).
This role will be tasked with learning and developing the skills of all production team duties. We are looking for someone that will bring commitment, strong work ethic, and a great attitude every day. Team culture is very important in this role.
Key Responsibilities of Production Personnel:
Work with production team to meet quotas and goals
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
Observe all safety guidelines
Bottling and filling finished product
Pulling and complete packing tasks
Working the finishing station
Developing into the compounding role
Perform product quality testing
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow written and verbal instructions
Requirements
Key Requirements for Production Personnel:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
Must be available for occasional overtime
Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
Able to operate large industrial machinery
Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Schedule 7:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday
