Experienced MASH Social Worker

Tripod Partners are looking to place a qualified and experienced social worker in the Peterborough MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) Team.

This is a collaborative partnership between statutory partners and co-located agencies which supports highly effective joint working and decision making for our children and families in Peterborough.

This includes:

· setting out a refreshed practice model with innovative ways of working with children and families,

· a restorative culture that enables professional learning and development,

· developing our workforce with a new dynamic leadership team in place and an evolving workforce strategy.

The best practice is 'family shared practice’, where many decisions about a child or young person are taken with them, their families and carers and the ability to do this is crucial.
