Housing Monitoring Co- Ordinator

BDS Recruitment are currently looking for a Housing Monitoring Co- Ordinator to work with a housing association in the Stockport area.
The Role:
To support residents and private clients with 24/7 support in the Stockport area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call Handling - answering inbound calls from residents who require assistance and dispatching the response team.
* CCTV Monitoring - to monitor any anti social behaviour and security of schemes.
* On call response - being part of the team attending call outs to assist service users
* Dealing with out of hour repairs
* Installing Telecare equipment
* Carrying out welfare visits
Essential Criteria:
* Must be available to work a rota covering 24 hours a day.
* Have a current drivers licence and access to own vehicle (mileage is paid at 45ppm)
This is a fantastic role to learn lots of different skills within the sheltered housing sector. The role is to start immediately with the very real possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Role is full time 37 hours per week
Pay rate- Between £11.44ph PAYE - £14.27ph UMB and £13.68ph PAYE- £17.16
