Kenna Recruitment are representing a tier 1 deveper , who are in the market for an construction manager to join their team. This project is mixed use developoment of circa 500 units. Working closely with the Project Manager and as part of a team.

About the role:
You’ll be liaising with the management team giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate can will have experience in commercial fit out and be mechanically bias
Responsibilities:
* Regualr updates and reporst
* Complettion and commission works
* QA's
* Manging the sub contractors
Requirements:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First aid cert
