Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with a valuable client to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract for 6 months initially.

Full time role, 6-month FTC

Salary: circa £57,000k

London, hybrid working available

This is a truly exciting opportunity to partner with leaders and managers to build and develop capacity, capability, and engagement across the organisation. As the Senior Business Partner, you will deliver strategic solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to provide advice and guidance on people practices such as employee relations, succession planning, performance, wellbeing, recruitment, staff retention, learning and development.

This is a key role to build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders to support in building capacity, capability, and commitment and to develop and implement people strategies and policies that are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.

You will be instrumental in the delivery of key elements of the People, Capability and Culture Plan throughout the year and will support with several projects across performance management, employee experience, equality, diversity and inclusion, staff survey and health and wellbeing.

You will provide professional support to leaders and managers on complex employee relations and build their future capability to resolve similar issues. Monitoring and interpreting HR analytics and to share insights with key stakeholders to enhance their understanding of people issues, advising and coaching them into appropriate solutions and improvements.

Candidate Requirements

Significant experience in a general HR Business Partner role including up to date working knowledge of current employment legislation, policies, and practices within a similar environment.
Demonstrable experience of supporting managers with complex employee relations cases using employment law knowledge to mitigate risk and resolve cases.
Experience in consulting and delivering effective organisational change projects, including interventions to shape culture, and overcome barriers to change.
Previous experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across all levels, influencing and not afraid to challenge when required.
Chartered MCIPD or extensive general HR experience.
