Are you an experienced BREEAM or Building Physics assessor looking for a strategic role? Look no further! Our client, a fast-developing Sustainability Consultancy, is seeking a Strategic Associate to work closely with the Operations Director and Service leads to develop their non-domestic and existing buildings offering.
In this fully remote role, you'll focus on new service offerings for clients, investigating and developing new areas of opportunity. Although this role won't require you to do any assessing, you'll need to have previously worked on projects and have a clear technical understanding of how things work. You'll be responsible for integrating the full service offering from planning to post-construction, with a focus on high-value services with a high sustainability focus.
To be considered for this role, you'll need a solid understanding of either SBEM, BREEAM, or Building Physics. The basic salary for this role is up to £65k, plus a bonus and an extensive benefits package.
You must reside in the UK to be considered for this role. (Visas are not able to be supported in this role)
