EXPERIENCED SHEQ / QHSE COORDINATOR OR OPERATIONS MANAGER / PLANT MANAGER LOOKING TO MOVE INTO A COMPLIANCE ROLE TO WORK IN A HEALTH & SAFETY FOCUSSED COMPLIANCE ROLE WITH A BACKGROUND IN AN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES ENVIRONMENT IN THE HAZARDOUS WASTE SECTOR
TITLE: SHEQ Advisor - Health & Safety QHSE / HSEQ Officer
SALARY: £40,000 – 53,000 DOE
LOCATION: Aberdeen

You may have worked in: Chemicals, Petroleum, Hazardous Waste, Industrial Services, Waste Management, Drainage Services, Distillery, Brewery, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Steel, Foundry, Quarry
ROLE: SHEQ Advisor - Health & Safety QHSE / HSEQ Officer
You will be responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality management across the depot and operations on Client’s sites
You will innovate and work to drive performance vs relevant KPI’s e.g. improving near miss reporting, reducing LTA’s and RIDDOR’s and make sure regular audits are in place
You will deal with environmental permitting and quality management systems
EXPERIENCE: SHEQ Advisor - Health & Safety QHSE / HSEQ Officer
You will be a self-motivated and be happy in a hands on role which will require being outdoors in adverse conditions. You will be willing to go through confined space training
You will ideally have a NEBOSH General Certificate or higher, or be working towards one
Any affiliations that would be desirable include TechIOSH, GradIOSH, CMIOSH, IEMA
Experience with one of some of these ideal: ISO 9001, (phone number removed) & 45001
You will have excellent IT skills
