What you be doing as the business development manager:

Leading sales and business development across the UK and Europe.
Innovating and identifying new business opportunities.
Overseeing the achievement of ambitious sales targets.
Cultivating and expanding customer accounts.
Customising quotations and aligning internal teams with market needs.
Traveling to connect with the customer base and to represent the brand at industry exhibitions.What you will need to apply for the business development manager position:

Proven experience in technical sales or business development.

A degree in science or engineering disciplines.

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm; Early finish on a Friday at 2:30pm. The role is expected to be a 50/50 split between the office in South Wales and travelling to clients (predominantly UK and Europe).

The business development manager position would also suit candidates who are a sales manager, head of sales, head of business development etc.
