Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Milton Keynes – (Hybrid following probation)

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000

I am looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and manage campaigns. This is a stand-alone role working with a wider marketing team based in Germany.

What will you be doing in the Digital Marketing Specialist role?

Devising innovate digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy.
Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organisation’s website, including SEM/SEO/PPC.
Moderating all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Management of the organisation’s Amazon shop and products.
Support with new product launches, attend events, organise exhibitions and deal with campaigns.
Managing the digital marketing budget, including controlling and directing Google Ad spend and allocating budgets across different channels and platforms.
What we would like from you:

Proven experience working in a digital marketing function for an organisation.
Strong track record implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience using content management systems.
Ability to work independently using own initiative to identify and improve current processes and explore further opportunities.
Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example Google Analytics.
Experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
Batchelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing. (Not essential if outweighed by experience)
