We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant team at [School Name] in Sheffield. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 (KS1), ideally someone who is looking to complete their induction year as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver engaging lessons to Year 1 students, following the National Curriculum and school policies.
Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and academic growth.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective intervention strategies where necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of each child.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and staff meetings.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working in Key Stage 1 (KS1).
Strong understanding of child development, pedagogical approaches, and assessment methods relevant to Year 1.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
