Crosspoint Solutions is looking for a financial specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial controlling who wants to switch sides to automating financial business processes. You will be analysing our client's needs on the financial level to help us implement this in NetSuite ERP.

What you will be doing

You will be analysing our client's needs on the financial level and will implement this in NetSuite ERP. Before starting that endeavour however, you will go through an intense period of training, followed by a period where you work as a shadow of one of our more experienced consultants.

Crosspoint Solutions developed simple, understandable frameworks to help you with the analysis. We expect you to interview the customer to understand their business process and then document that within that framework.

This very same framework will enable the implementation of NetSuite, even by people with limited software knowledge. Obviously we will train you to get to know the software better.

Where you will be working

At Crosspoint Solutions you will be working in a hybrid way. That means that often you will work from your home, while you are expected to turn up in the office at least once a week (currently on Thursdays). When interviewing customers, you need to go to the customer site as well.

What do you already need to know

• Financial processes either as accountant or as controller, preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience.
• How to talk to people to find out how they work.
• You need to be absolutely fluent in Dutch. If you're not, we will not hire you. Don't apply!
• You need to be fluent in English
• General working knowledge of typical office software
