Job Description
SUMMARY
Perform wireless testing on a variety of consumer products using prescribed testing methods, following industry standards / specifications appropriate to the product and certification requirements, able to operate different lab testing equipment.

Directly reports to the Operation Manager
JOB FUNCTIONS
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Perform EMC testing on a wide array of products falling under different categories.
Generate valid and accurate EMC/RF test results in accordance with to PTCRB. CISPR, FCC, ISO, ETSI and IEC/EN standards
Experience with different wireless communication technologies such as GSM/GPRS/EDGE/LTE/5G/Wi-Fi.
Create work instructions for conducted and radiated emissions, conducted and radiated immunity and transient testing
Perform verification on test instruments to ensure accuracy and quality
Follow internal quality processes and procedures
Help the fellow EMC engineers in the execution of daily testing/work in the lab
Assist lab manager with related tasks.
