Are you a driven, solutions-focused sales professional looking to make a significant impact? At Neota Logic, we are seeking a Senior Sales Director to join our dynamic team in New York. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to drive our sales strategy and help prospects realize the transformative potential of our no-code automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Consultative Sales Process: Use a consultative approach to demonstrate the Neota platform's capabilities and identify relevant use cases for prospects to implement.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, analyse their needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Proof-of-Concept Development: Build and present proof-of-concept applications to showcase the platform's potential.
Client Engagement: Lead engagement initiatives such as workshops, breakfast seminars, and speaking engagements to drive client interaction and education.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.
Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience within legal, insurance, or consulting environments, with proven success in dealing with corporate clients or major law firms.
Stakeholder Communication: Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and partners, effectively articulating the value of the Neota platform.
Customer-Facing Skills: Strong customer-facing experience, preferably in a professional services consulting role, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; JD or LLB is advantageous. Experience in selling other no or low code platforms such as Pega Systems, Appian, ServiceNow, UiPath and OutSystems
Marketing Acumen: Understanding of marketing and lead generation processes to accelerate successfully closing Sales quickly.
Desirable Experience:
Project Management: Relevant certifications in project management.
Educational Credentials: Degree in Law or related field.
Strategic Selling: Training in strategic selling methodologies, such as Miller Heiman.
Technical Knowledge: Exposure to front-end, back-end, or full-stack web development.
CRM Expertise: Experience using Hubspot.
Personal Interests: Passion for music, chess, debating, STEM, or related activities
