Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 & Friday 08:00 to 15:30

Job Description:

Empowered Personnel is recruiting an experienced Fettler and Grinder to join our client based in Thurmaston, Leicestershire. If you are an experienced Fettler and Grinder and looking for a temp to perm role offering you stability, excellent career progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities of a Fettler and Grinder:

Perform fettling and grinding tasks to ensure products meet quality standards.
Engage in metal finishing, polishing, deburring, and sanding tasks.
Operate relevant machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the role.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in fettling, grinding, metal finishing, polishing, deburring, and sanding is essential and the use of hand powered tools.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit as the role involves heavy lifting.

Availability: Immediate start preferred.
