NXTGEN is collaborating with an impressive Accountancy practice based in Norwich, seeking a a aspiring Graduate Accountant to join their team. As the new Graduate Accountant, you'll become part of a progressive firm and a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to providing personalised guidance to shape your journey toward becoming a successful Accountant. This role offers a fantastic prospect to join a dynamic, unique practice, who are renowned for delivering exceptional Accounting and Advisory services to a broad client portfolio, where you'll play a pivotal role to.

In this position, you'll work closely with the Senior Team, assisting with a wide array of Accounting tasks, where you'll gain comprehensive hands-on experience and invaluable insights. Your duties will encompass:

Assisting with the preparation of broad range of client accounts.
Support with all Bookkeeping duties
Provide support on VAT & Tax returns
Build new and existing client relationships as well as answering queries.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

What You'll Need:

A degree in Finance/ Accountancy or some prior experience working in an Accountancy Practice
Ambitious and enthusiastic to develop a career in Accounting & Finance
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
