Fulltime Monday – Friday (No weekends)
From £24,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, reputable and industry leading service provider within the automotive industry.
  
The team and management are down to earth, supportive and there is such a friendly atmosphere within the office with a real buzz. As the Sales Consultant, you will be joining a team of 9 of varying ages due to continue growth and success.
  
Role

Alongside your fellow Sales Consultants, you will aim to provide an exceptional customer experience, with a smile in your voice and the end goal of achieving great results and a happy customer at the same time!
  
Leads (both B2C and B2B) are generated from a number of various marketing avenues, and these leads are equally distributed throughout the team.
  
Duties will also include:

Making outbound calls in response to business enquiries.
Liaising with existing accounts, providing excellent account management and encouraging repeat business or maximising existing.
Be able to impart expert advice to help customers come to the most suitable product/deal/package for them.
Process orders.
Take part in regular training sessions (online/in-house), and work with management to continue to develop your ongoing personal training plan.
Take a proactive approach to new business and prospecting, to boost your existing incoming leads.
Manage your own time and desk efficiently (you won’t be micro-managed but left to work autonomously – if you need help or support though, it’s there for you!)
Accurately keep the CRM system up to date.
Work towards your individual targets.   
Requirements
  
Joining this existing team, you will be sociable, friendly, self-motivated and maybe a little bit money motivated too! Personality and values really are very important, as well as ideally having specific automotive experience/knowledge.
  
In addition to the above, the ideal Sales Consultant will:

Have experience with B2C and B2B sales.
Ideally have experience in the automotive/finance industry.
A passion or interest in cars would probably make the role more enjoyable for you!
A proactive and target driven personality.
Great customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal).
Good IT proficiency with the ability to pick up new systems, previous use of a CRM system preferable.   
Additional Information

The interview process for this position will consist of an initial face to face meeting either in person or via Teams which will aim to get to know you and to chat through your experience. There will then be a 2nd stage, in which you will get to sit in the office (30 mins +) to get a feel for the environment, systems and day to day role – as well as meet the team!
There will be monthly, quarterly and annual 121’s for you to be able to discuss your development, and openly discuss any other matters that you wish to.
The company has been established for nearly 15 years, and they have great staff retention levels.
With uncapped commission, achievable monthly threshold and targets, the earning potential is fantastic – the top performer currently takes home around £10k per month.
This role is based on site, but if you have family or other commitments, there is flexibility with hours and working hybrid on an ad hoc basis.
