A major hedge fund client I'm working with is looking for a UI/UX designer to join their team based in London on a long term contract.

This role will be working on a hybrid policy 2-3 days a week in the office, where the successful candidate will be paid £(Apply online only)Per Day subject to experience

role within the FX Derivatives and Risk team to build and extend FX Options and Risk frontend application suite.Responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces for React applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Create wireframes and mockups to visualize UI design ideas.
Build prototypes to communicate user experience designs
Understand project requirements, user personas and business processes to inform elegant and functional UI/UX designs.Requirements

Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma etc) and web development (HTML and CSS)
Familiarity with front-end web development technologies and frameworks such as JavaScript and React.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work for web applications.
Experience with version control systems (Git, bitbucket)
Candidate must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Experience in designing UI applications for finance.Nice to have

Hedgefund / Investment bank experience
