Regional Ecommerce Manager Overview: Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a Global Retailer on their search for a Regional Ecommerce Manager. This is a priority position, reporting directly to the Global Ecommerce Director. The business have scaled successfully over the last 5 years and are looking to continue on this trend.

They are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take responsibility for a range of business Ecommerce activities, running multi-lingual ecommerce sites and strategy. You will have responsibility for a small team comprised of Digital, Ecommerce & Marketing colleagues.

To be successful, candidates must have a strong background in Ecommerce management and platforms, ideally within a Retail environment. You must also be able to speak in German and English.

Regional Ecommerce Manager Responsibilities:
• Works with the Group eCommerce Director to ensure the Countries/operating companies are meeting expectations with regards to their CSF via site audit, support and review of KPI’s
• Work with the Group eCommerce Director to effectively roll out and drive adoption of key capabilities for the business, including B2B Punchout and Priority Plus, including face to face onboarding of customers as required
• Partners with eBusiness Super Users on the provision of training of new users on eCommerce capabilities, as well as training all users on new capabilities of the online store.
• Partners with eBusiness Super Users to provide support documentation around key eCommerce processes delivered via the eBusiness intranet
• Responsible for support, maintenance, and updates

Regional Ecommerce Manager Requirements:
• eCommerce experience – Prior experience working with eCommerce platforms and CMS platforms - ideally SAP CX Commerce / Hybris
• Experience with creating written documentation – including step-by-step instructions and “How to” documentation supported by graphical content where required.
• Presentation and requirements gathering – Prior s of direct customer contact and the gathering of technical requirements.
• Training and support provision – Prior experience of training and provision of technical support would be an advantage
• SEO Experience – Foundational understanding of SEO best practice and the importance of content and data in the delivery of effective search results
