Payments Implementation Lead
This position is a hybrid role and will require two days on site per week based in Luton.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between the Customer Payments department and Technology functions.
Ensure accurate documentation and processes for adding new payment methods and configuration changes.
Manage internal relationships with Project and Portfolio Offices, Development teams, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
Support the Customer Payments department in creating a payments product road map and work with Technology teams to ensure its delivery.
Manage the Payments Product Council, ensuring the right audience is present and all projects are agreed upon and approved as needed.
Complete business cases and contribute to technical scoping and requirements gathering for new payments solutions and cashier improvements.
Support PCI-DSS compliance efforts in collaboration with Compliance teams and third-party vendors
