As a desk-based Business Development Manager, you’ll research, win and welcome new business customers. As part of a busy contact centre team, you’ll even be able to do this from home one or two days a week. Easily building strong commercial relationships and trust, you’ll quickly understand someone’s business needs – and take a tailored approach to show how we’ll meet them. You’ll work with internal stakeholders too, to make onboarding seamless across our teams. It’s a fast-paced environment with targets, but you’ll have the tools, tech and talented people to help make sure you’re supported and successful.

Driven by results, you’ll need to come from a background where you can deliver against targets, whether that is in an existing BDM role, or a transferrable field. You’ll also need an eye for detail and the ability to listen carefully to people’s needs and influence all kinds of audiences.
