Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Based near Warwick, Warwickshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week, 1-2 days home working after probation

Syntech Recruitment are delighted to partner with a fantastic consultancy client of ours who are on the lookout for a Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team. Working with the Financial Controller, this will be a varied position dealing with high volume vendor invoices and purchase invoices.

Accounts Assistant Duties

Process high volume of vendor invoices in various worldwide currencies
Proactive clearing invoice queries
Purchase returns process by agreeing and raising debit notes to suppliers
Processing employee expenses and credit card claim forms
Dealing with the purchase ledger inbox (Mail in / Mail out)
Assisting with Month end process by performing reconciliations
Accounts Assistant Profile

Experience dealing with invoices and purchase ledgers in a busy finance department
Experience of using ERP systems (ideally Infor LN)
Studying towards AAT qualifications
Strong attitude to learning
