Credit Controller

Salary:

Up to £26,000 + Bonus

As a Credit Controller based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.

Ensuring systems are updated with calls, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.

*

Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

*

Previous Credit Control experience with proven track record in debt reduction and account management.

*

The ability to work with large volumes in a fast-paced environment, ideally experience of query resolution.

*

To be proficient in Excel and confident using V-look up tables

*

Proactive and methodical approach, tenacious nature.

*

Confident, ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary.
