Research Associate Antibody Production

High level of the Dutch language in word and writing is required for this position.As a Research Associate Antibody Production you will be responsible for the execution of our transient production platforms to produce all required recombinant antibodies and antigens for the discovery pipeline. Wat ga je doenAs a Research Associate in Transient Production you will take care of the transient production of antibody fragments and antigens as recombinant proteins under the Antibody Research Materials department for the R&D department.

• Perform laboratory work to culture host cell lines (CHO, HEK ) and perform transient transfections
• Contribute to the implementation of new techniques like Ambr15 systems and octet measurement assays
• Perform your work in the dedicated time frame with your team members
• Document the laboratory work and results in the dedicated electronic lab notebook systems, continuously assess and improve current workflows and implement them in laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
• As multiple stakeholders will be involved this role requires good communication and planning skills as well as good laboratory practice skills
