Key Responsibilities:
* Book vehicles in for repair and liaise with customers.
* Organise the allocation of courtesy cars.
* Administration.
* Reporting.
* Maintain good housekeeping.
Key Requirements:
* Have experience of working in a customer service position.
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full Driving License.
