Our recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team at Avondale House. Reporting to the Administrator will play a key role in managing the administrative functions across the site, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

About the job:

* Monday - Friday

* 8.00am - 12.00pm

* £12.28 per hour

* Weekly pay

* Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle administrative tasks related to the contract, including purchase orders,

* Provide administrative support to onsite and offsite teams and managers.

* Advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements, and check the validity of sub-contractor advice notes and invoices.

* Prepare, process, and submit invoices for work undertaken, monitor payments, and take recovery action as required.

* Ensure high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

* Assist with the preparation of reports and documents as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Previous FM administration experience with strong IT skills (email, management systems, databases)

* Financially and commercially astute, with experience in purchase orders and invoicing.

* Well-organized with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
