Our client a leading automotive specialist in the Marston Green area are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support their operation.
This is an immediate position.
Hours of work;
Monday - Thursday (Apply online only))
Friday - (Apply online only))
Salary - £22-£25ph
Main purpose of the job:
To work as part of a project team to reconcile and improve the integrity of AP ledgers.
Main missions and results:
Perform complex supplier statement reconciliations.
Reconcile and clear unallocated cash on AP Ledgers.
Reconcile and resolve query log.
Reconcile GRNI accounts and accruals accounts on the balance sheet.
Reconcile intercompany ledgers and intercompany query resolution.
Validation and update of vendor master data.
Preferred skills and experience:
* Substantial finance experience in a manufacturing or automotive production environment is preferred.
* Substantial experience dealing with complex reconciliations is essential
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP, SUMIF etc.)
* Enjoys working within a team to meet the end goal.
* Strong financial and analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a multi national environment.
* Must be able to manage several tasks across different teams simultaneously.
