For a Senior Executive Assistant with management experience, this role is ideal – joining a friendly, focused Executive support team. The role comes at a time of growth and transformation for this business, and as such, an exciting time to be supporting the Executive leadership team and guiding a small existing, accomplished team of EAs.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include:

Co-ordination and management of diaries and inboxes for the Chief Investment Officer and Group Resources & Transformation Director.
Preparing for key meetings and events, including briefings on key points and highlighting potential issues.
Minuting meetings and sharing and following up actions across the senior leadership team, and externally where appropriate.
Filtering incoming communications and documentation – assisting with editing and amending where necessary.
Producing relevant reports and documentation.
Working closely with colleagues to draft internal communications to cascade information to the wider team.
Managing, guiding, and supporting the Executive Assistant team.
Liaising with current and prospective stakeholders, clients, investors and partners.
Deputising for the Head of Executive Office when required.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

Experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role with people management responsibility
Capable of handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Strong verbal and written communication skills, working with diverse colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to develop relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels
Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent time management skills
A proactive worker who can anticipate on behalf of the executive team in order to make their days run smoothly and enable them to use their time most effectively.
Able to deliver high quality, accurate work on time, in a fast-paced environment
Highly attuned emotional intelligence – putting those skills to use in daily interactions with the executive team, and in supporting your own team.
A self-starter, used to working independently and making decisions, working proactively to investigate and seek information that will aid the executive team.
