Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Full supervisor responsibilities of operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating wave criteria that will flow evenly through the picking operation using Line Balancing tools.
Assume Picking Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Picking Manager
Constantly monitor wave proves and make modifications when needed
Ensure all Productivity reports are monitored for accuracy.
Coach, counsel employees not meeting standard
Responsible for one Wave Administrator.
Continue monitoring work standards and make necessary improvements when job functions change
Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
