We are working with a rapidly expanding, global technology business who is looking to bring on board a Content Marketing Manager. You will be in charge of leading their social media content, executing demand-generation strategies to grow their lead-generating Inbound Marketing efforts. You will be the voice of an scale up global tech brand in the cyber security sector.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

* Develop and Execute Strategy: Craft a comprehensive B2B content marketing strategy focused on lead generation, including content creation, distribution, and promotion across multiple channels.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team (campaigns & product marketing) to identify target audience personas, key pain points, and content preferences to inform content development.

* Produce High-Quality Content: Create a diverse range of content assets tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, videos, webinars, infographics, and more.

* Thought Leadership: Build relationships with industry experts and thought leaders to make our content more informed, authoritative, and engaging on both sides of the Atlantic.

* Data Focused: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI, to continually optimize content strategy and tactics.

Qualifications

Content Expertise

* Strong Content Creation Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content across different formats and platforms.

* Editorial Excellence: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

SaaS Experience

* Industry Knowledge: Ideally, possess experience within the SaaS industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. Previous experience or knowledge of selling to Manufacturing or OEM customers would be advantageous but not essential.

* Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them in a simplified, engaging manner suitable for various audience segments. Ideally, you’re able to articulate the difference between IT and OT.

Collaboration

* Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing.

* Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Analytical Mindset

* Data-Driven Insights: Proficient in analyzing content performance metrics and using insights to iterate and improve content strategies.

* Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content planning and execution.
