Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant.
Location: Aberdeen, North Scotland .
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a driven and committed provider of Water Hygiene / Legionella management services, globally. Due to acquiring new contracts, they are now seeking to take on a Legionella Risk Assessor / Consultant. This role would suit someone who is able to confidently carry out risk assessments on various offshore and onshore sites, providing excellent consultancy advice and support to clients. You will also be responsible for carrying out audits on client sites, ensuring to complete paperwork and return in a timely manner as well as providing training courses to clients. Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must be happy to travel globally, in line with company / client needs. This role would suit a candidate looking to take on a split role, working between site and the office . Experience & Qualifications:
" Will come from a Water Hygiene / Legionella consultancy, and will have extensive experience providing consultancy, training, and auditing services.
" Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment is essential.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to organise workload in line with company / client requirements.
" Will be IT literate.
The Role:
" Carrying out site audits in line with client needs, ensuring that any necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
" Working closely with the technical manager, providing day to day support.
" Carrying out technical reviews on water systems.
" Ensuring to maintain and update internal databases.
" Carrying out training courses to clients.
" Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold-water systems.
" Upon completion of risk assessments, producing detailed legionella reports.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
" Providing legionella management plans to clients based on risk assessment findings, ensuring that all actions are implemented.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Carrying out work on site using site schematic drawings.
