If so, Moxie is looking for a dedicated senior housing professional to step in as Interim Head of Housing for a leading community-focused housing association in Cardiff.

The important bits…

Pay: £235 - £290 per day (PAYE) (£1,175 - £1,450 per week)
Location: Cardiff & Home-Based (Agile Working)
Start: Immediate / Short notice
Hours: Full-time, 35 per week (flexible and agile working)
Duration: Short-term, 2-4 months

You bring extensive experience in operational housing services, and you're adept at executing strategic plans that align with corporate objectives.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic planning and resource management.
A deep understanding of housing law and current issues.
