Metal Polisher

Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Polisher to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

As a Polisher, you will be responsible for finishing and polishing various metal surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.

Duties:

* Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to grind, sand, and polish metal surfaces

* Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments

* Work with sheet metal and other materials to achieve desired results

* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

* Previous experience as a Polisher or in a similar role is preferred

* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

* Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

* Knowledge of different polishing techniques and materials

Skills:

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

* Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level. This is a full-time position.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 1pm (39hrs per week)
