Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per year

Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team
Create and process accurate and timely quotations for customers
Maintain customer databases and ensure data integrity
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Assist with sales forecasting and reporting
Adhere to deadlines and prioritise tasks effectivelyEssential Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven experience working in a similar administrative role
Ability to multitask and work well under pressureDesirable Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

Experience within the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systemsTechnologies:

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
