Accounts Payable Associate - Eurofins Environment Testing

Job Description
Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a new Accounts Payable Associate to join our team! 
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for reconciling invoices for accurate pricing and billing and ensure timely payment of invoices. Resolves vendor issues on price and payment. Audits the general ledger for error in g/l codes and makes corrections as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reconciles invoices.
Resolves billing and payment questions with vendors.
Assigns PO numbers, enters invoices and ensures they are posted to the correct general ledger account. Responsible for notifying laboratories of PO numbers.
Contacts vendors concerning errors on invoices.
Ensures timely payment of invoices within 45 days or per vendor terms.
Approves non-PO invoice batches.
Obtains necessary signatures to prepare invoice for payment.
Copies invoices for month-end closing.
Serves as backup for merging revenue from LIMS to the general ledger as needed.
Serves as backup to the Purchasing Department as needed.
