Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker/Puller to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker/Puller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality products on time. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly.
Reports to: Assistant Warehouse Manager
Hourly/Salary: Hourly
Pay Range: $20
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm) with an occasional Sunday (9am-1pm)
Key Responsibilities for you and your team:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Stock Rotation: Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects and ensure all items meet our quality standards before shipment.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and deadlines.
Cold Storage Work: Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed to handle perishable products.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in order pulling and inventory management to ensure customer satisfaction.
