Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic exercises and strategies for improving communication and swallowing function.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
