We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Multi-Skilled Engineer to contribute towards the smooth running of our fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance tasks within my clients Oxfordshire facility.

Description
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
Respond promptly to any machinery breakdowns and faults.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team on complex machinery issues.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
Provide training to other employees on the correct operation of equipment.Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 12 Hours - Days & Nights Rotating
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally with experience working within the FMCG industry, as well as:
A recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled)
A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
A proactive approach towards continuous learning and development.Job Offer
A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
