Our client is a leading provider of fire safety solutions who are growing rapidly and now require a Telesales Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling fire safety products and services to prospective customers over the phone. This is a crucial role in growth strategy by identifying customer needs, providing expert advice, and closing sales.
Location: Maidstone (Kent)
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission the range between 30k-40k depending on experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
You will
Conduct outbound telesales to potential customers.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
Present and promote fire safety products and services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and products.
You Need
Advanced spoken English communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
High level of self-motivation and results-oriented mind-set.
Handle rejections and not allow them to affect your work.
Achieve monthly targets.
Build a rapport with colleagues.
Attend training to enhance your telesales skills.
