Position: Sales Administrator

Overview: Are you a super Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our client has the perfect job for you.

Our client is looking for a sales administrator to join their busy team. This is a very varied role, perfect for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to get involved in all parts of the sales, marketing, and order process. Working in a small company, you will be engaged in all areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

Handling client sales enquiries via email, phone, and website
Creating quotes and sales orders using the CRM system
Following up on sales quotes
Performing production administration, including sending client visuals
Managing courier arrangements
Conducting stock takes
Assisting with marketing, social media, and various other admin tasksIdeal Candidate: This role is ideal for someone with an easy-going personality who enjoys a challenge. Attention to detail is vital, and strong multi-tasking abilities are a real advantage. Good communication skills are a must.

The Details :

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday - 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Salary: Up to £24,000.00 per year, dependent on experience
