Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, across a site in Corsham.
The HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining new and existing air conditioning, USP, generators as well as general building services.
* Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on these appliances
* Being the site lead on the air conditioning, as well carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
* Effectively prioritising your own workload.
* Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the general maintenance team.
* Participate in an out of hours call out rota
* Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
* Background within Facilities Management
* NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
* Full UK driving licence
* Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, procedures, have a pro-active and positive approach to work
* Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
