We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Machine Operator, to join the team at our Engineering client based in Chesterfield.

Role: Trainee Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Working hours: 8:00am to 16:30pm (30min lunch)

Rate of Pay: £23,795.20 per annum

As a Trainee Machine Operator, you will be working alongside experienced people, performing general duties included within the manufacturing of metallic gaskets. You will learn to use a range of bespoke machinery/machine tools prevalent to the gasket industry.  The role also incorporates a level of metal working equipment such as lathes (manual and standard centre), waterjet cutters and general hand tools.
