As the Parts advisor, you'll be responsible for driving parts sales and profit goals, managing inventory, and working within a talented team, implementing pricing strategies, creating captivating retail displays, and running engaging promotions.

The Role:

Responding to customer incoming telephone calls/emails for parts enquiries
Continually maintains close communication with Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers, and customers to keep them advised of the progress of parts requests
Assisting customers, identify parts, provide prices and availability
Advising customers to best value options for service parts
Maintaining and replenishing stock and parts
The Person:

Experience within a similar industry
Knowledge of parts management and aftersales
