Eden Recruitment Solutions Ltd T/A Just Temps are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant - UK Sales for our Client based in Sudbury, Suffolk.
Working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm ( 1 hour for lunch )
This role is Temporary ongoing…
This role will include the following duties but not limited to:
Receiving Orders Via email for UK Sales Department
Printing out orders
Processing orders of SAP
Sending orders onto freight company for delivery
Corresponding with customers regarding their orders
Dealing with queries and Organising credits if required
Filing
Customer services
Sending parcels
Other office duties
Use of SAP
Training and Experience:
*1 - 2 year Customer Service experience / Administration
* Experience using SAP is desirable
